How we work: Step-by-step

Our priority is to make the entire process stress-free and enjoyable for you. At Timeless Ties, we take the time to understand your unique love story, preferences, and aspirations. With this knowledge, we carefully craft tailor-made ceremonies that reflect your dreams, ensuring that every detail aligns with your vision.

Here’s a breakdown of the steps to help you understand what to expect from our Celebrants

Step 1.

Contact us

This can be by email, phone or social media, to book a meeting so we can understand what type of ceremony you would like and also for us to know each other.

Step 2.

Decide to close with Timeless Ties 

Once you decide that you would like the Timeless Ties celebrant to do your ceremony, a client form, the contract, and an invoice will be sent to you.

Step 3.

3-months before the ceremony

Three months before the ceremony, or in cases where time is shorter, after the deposit has been sent, the couples questionnaire is sent to you. This is where you tell us most of your story as a couple, answering some specific questions.

Step 4.

Questionnaires ready

Once the questionnaires are sent back to us, the first draft of the ceremony script will be started. Once this is done, you will have the opportunity to have a look and tailor it to your needs as much as possible. At this stage, if you need some help with your vows, you can also request it; our Celebrant is more than happy to help.

Step 5.

A week before the Event

A meeting between the Celebrant and the couple will be held to align the last points regarding the ceremony.

Step 6.


On the Ceremony Day, our Celebrant will be there 1h30min before to ensure everything is ready to go and deliver the ceremony of your dreams.
